Almond Tree
Why Almond Tree..?
With global warming being one of the most serious threats to our very existence, we at Almond Tree have made a modest effort towards replenishing what we've taken from nature, tree by tree. We have introduced a special opportunity of adopting nature into your family through ' Adopt a Tree' scheme. This allows every member of your family to raise a tree, the adoption of which will be authenticated by a board with your name fixed on the tree you have adopted. Apart from inviting residents to contribute in making Almond Tree a greener place to live in, our concept of landscaping itself revolves around the foundation of natural beauty.
The Architectural configuration is designed with a prominent central street theme, enveloped by homes on either side. Each Home has a common frontage (central corridor) and a private garden equipped with a bench and barbeque. The gardens are separated by natural boundary walls formed by trees. Talking of it, trees are also lined parallel and perpendicular to the project's boundary walls, giving a picturesque view of the project from outside.
Adding to your gamut of luxuries, we've planted over 350 trees outside the project to form your very own boulevard of dreams. For those who like spending their weekends lazing in the park, over 2000 trees and plants have been planned to densely strewn all across the property to allow natural shade. Also, some of the trees will soon grow up be tall enough to peep into your terrace and balconies so you never fall short on company.
Sticking to our mantra of eco-friendliness, we have laid as much emphasis on preservation of nature as we have on creation of it. Almond Tree comes with rain water harvesting facility which allows rain water to be recycled and used for watering plants, washing cars, etc.
