Edifice Builders is a team of young, vibrant and highly professional engineers, interior designers and management personnel working closely to form a construction organization that is build on ethics. Ethics that were formed through 100 years of working experience in various fields of business. We are led by our young, energetic and dynamic Managing Director, Mr. Nikhil Thard. Nikhil, himself being an industrial engineer has worked in close quarters in all the projects undertaken by Edifice Builders. Nikhil started his career working at Infosys Technologies, from where he gained the entrepreneurial skills to start a company and lead it in a big way.

We have already completed three projects since our foray into the real estate business. We began with RR Bungalow at Sanjay Nagar. Followed by Signature Luxury Condos, again at Sanjay Nagar and BFW Clubhouse located at Peenya. Grand Edifice, a penthouse and apartment project at Hoskote, is "Ready To Move". Apart from these, our latest offering is our new project - Almond Tree. Almond Tree offers villaments and row houses with never-seen-before amenities. Almond Tree will surely redefine the concept of lifestyle. Edifice Builders is a one-stop destination for real estate investors. We offer everything, from interior designing, rentals, resale to property management. Our efforts have already started bearing fruit and motivate us further to provide better living for our customers.

About Nikhil Thard

The company is headed by Nikhil Thard. There is a strong team to back up the company which are directly reporting to the MD. There is no hierarchy and the atmosphere is very open and proactive. People are encouraged to take responsibilities and correct problems. As a company we strongly believe in the fact that you can make mistakes as long as you don't repeat them.

We have a staff and office welfare fund wherein we give training incentives to our employees. Honesty and integrity is one of the most desired and one of the most visible aspect int he company and we strive to maintain it. There is a strong insistence on everything being in writing and records being kept with both the parties thereby enabling them to have a smooth relationship.

All the suppliers have 100% faith and are working with the company for the last 5 years. We have a policy of spending only when we have the money thereby enabling us to keep the cost low and have a very satisfied lot of suppliers.
