It has been a pleasure to be associated with you and your organisation Edifice Builders (EB) for last few years.We came to Bangalore in 2004 in the last phase of our working career. We liked the city and decided to settle down here when we came in contact with your organisation in 2006.

Looking back, we had purchased four flats at different times in different cities in India with the intention of settling down but finally we are here in Bangalore! The dealings with the Builders have been so very different with each of them! However we now feel proud and contended to admit that EB has been the best. Extremely happy with the dealings that we had with you and your team during the course of last few years when our dream was taking shape.

You looked at every small need of ours with your wise counselling. Our apprehensions, arising out of our past experience in dealing with Builders in other cities, had been always disturbing us. Your convincing words of solutions mixed with professionalism had wiped them out of our mind and it is heartening that your team at site have made those words into reality. Throughout the process of construction till handing over you have maintained transparency in all dealings and have kept us updated with the progress of work through mails, photographs, status on infrastructure facilities etc.

You and your team, both at office and at site, have been extremely cooperative in extending assistance in getting our part of the work done like interiors, electric meter conversions and even finding tenants etc which made the whole process hasslefree for us. It gives us pleasure to talk about our experience of buying our first house at Grand Edifice, Whitefield and in the process dealing with Edifice Builders. In hindsight we look at it as a wise decision given the location, structure, layout, ventilation – the quality provided and the price for it. It is a great value for money..

Must mention that to be the key reason why we went for this instead of another project from a much bigger developer – was reminded of the many management case studies about fleet-footed small organizations growing rapidly in face of slow moving behemoths!

They talk about providing end-to-end solutions. Going by the support they have provided so far in context of bank loan, assisting our father (on our behalf) being available for registration/sales agreement processes etc., keeping us updated, offering services for interiors, we have no reason but to believe in their talk!.

Residing in Germany and owning a flat in India was a distant dream.

Owning one's own flat is a dream every man has, but residing in Germany and owning a flat in India was a distant dream. But Nikhil ( Edifice Builders) made our dream come true.
Starting from making the video of the apartment to help us visualize the same, to providing us a ride to the apartment for our first visit, answering each and every query about the cost, sales deed through telephone or by email to help us understand this better,to finalizing the interiors... they have made this journey a ride on cloud for us.

They have inculcated a sense of confidence and faith in dealing with them by remaining true to their words.Though the project is not at the prime location as of now but it is having good prospects in near future.The quality of construction and the square feet area they are providing is far superior then any other builders we have so far seen.The staff is very co-operative and efficient in dealing with intricate matters.

Last but not the least their action to provide all the money in cash from their own pockets when the final demand draft for disbursement from the bank was not ready due to time crunch at the time of registration was the icing on the cake.

Ours was a true example of building confidence across miles and sustaining it with true efforts..Given a chance we hope to invest further in their future projects.Hope this relationship lasts long. Our best wishes for all their future endeavors...
